Training group starts July 17

Our fall training group will kick off Saturday, July 17, at 8 a.m. Meet us at the Seneca Park Bathrooms for your first long run!

July 17 is 12 weeks from the Louisville and Columbus Marathons, both on Oct. 17. If you are doing a race before or after this one, you will need to adjust your schedule accordingly.

For races before Oct. 17, you will want to start the training schedules an appropriate amount of time ahead. For races after, we suggest repeating the first week or two of the schedule as necessary.

The website LogYourRun, where we have set up the training schedules on the right-side of this page, allows you to set the race date and it will back-out the schedule dates for you. The site also allows you to log your runs and other exercise, along with tracking the mileage on your shoes.
